Get Started Gardening
This beginner's vegetable gardening class presented by MSU Extension will cover topics from seed starting to harvesting and soil prep to container gardening. Walk-ins are welcome and the first 50 registrants will receive a FREE garden kit, including seed packets and a garden plan for in-ground or container gardening. The event is located in the lower level community room at the Leelanau County Government Center.
It's a brief course to get you started growing your own food!
