<p><a href="mailto:payettepc@interlochen.org" target="_blank"><em>By Rachel Lane</em></a></p> <p>A 50-year-old man is accused of stealing more than $200,000 dollars in surgical supplies from Munson Medical Center in the past three months. Traverse City Police say Timothy Evans sold the supplies to the hospital. And the thefts forced Munson to buy more products from his company.</p> <p>Police allege Evans was captured on surveillance equipment taking surgical equipment from a prep room, and then leaving the hospital. He's been charged with larceny in a building, a four-year felony plus fines.</p>
