Classical guitarist Gohar Vardanyan, an alum of Interlochen Center for the Arts, is featured in this week's Music by Request.

This episode includes special selections for Mother's Day, along with pieces from big bands and classical guitar.

Listeners chose pieces by Florence Price, Francisco Tarrega and Johann Sebastian Bach.

There were also performances by Spencer Myer, the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra and Chorus and Julie Andrews.
