Tomorrow, there's a day-long, live fundraising eventfor the community television station Up North TV.
Community television allows anyone to make a show and air it resulting in programs that aren't always the most exciting.
But this summer, UP North TV began airing a show that pays homage to the many horror movie show hosts of the past. It's called "Shocking Theater."
IPR's Arts Reporter Brad Aspey says it features a witty host, and some of the best horror films ever made.
