Monica Yost
Classical IPR internMonica Yost served as Classical IPR's music intern in 2018 and 2019. She processes archival recordings and produces The Interlochen Collection.
An aspiring music librarian and musicologist, Monica has always loved libraries, music, and stories. Before coming to IPR in 2018, she worked at the Music Library and Bill Shurk Sound Archives as a student at Bowling Green State University where she started a podcast, Pop the Music Bubble, using sound and print material available at the library.
Monica has a bachelor's degree from Bowling Green State University with a degree in music history and literature. She is attending the University of Iowa to pursue graduate degrees in musicology and library science.
