In Studio A with the Bay View Wind Quintet and Tony Manfredonia

Kristen Holritz, Jeanmarie Riccobono, Aaron Brant, Sara Fraker and Jill Marderness are the Bay View Wind Quintet. They are the resident faculty quintet of the Bay View Music Festival.

 

The Bay View Wind Quintet stopped by IPR’s Studio A to perform Jurriaan Andriessen’s "Sciarada Spagnuola." Composer Tony Manfredonia joined the quintet to discuss his brand new piece, entitled "Whoa!" They gave a sneak peek of "Whoa!" ahead of the July 11 world premiere performance.
