Nikolai Vitti began his new job last Tuesday and jumped right in with school visits, and meeting and talking with teachers, parents and staffers.

Today, he was part of a panel discussion at the Mackinac Policy Conference. He joined Stateside from the island to discuss his priorities for the Detroit school district in the coming years.
