Classical IPR in Concert: Detroit Medical Orchestra presents Elgar and Mozart

The physicians, nurses, researchers and other members of the Detroit Medical Orchestra are featured this week on Classical IPR in Concert. The ensemble's mission is "Bringing Healing through Music."

The program for this broadcast includes music of Mozart, Elgar and Vivaldi. Dr. Michael Cher, Chief of Urology at the Karmanos Cancer Center, is the featured soloist in Mozart's Clarinet Concerto. 

The DMO's music director is Zeljko Milicevic.
