David Holland and Crispin Campbell wanted to bring all six of Johann Sebastian Bach's Brandenburg Concertos to northern Michigan for a long time. They recently accomplished this goal with the region's first-ever Brandenburg Festival.

Holland and Campbell assembled an ad hoc orchestra for the Festival. The orchestra's music director was Jeffrey Grossman, and the concertmaster was John Lindsey.

See the complete list of personnel and their bios below.

The Brandenburg Festival Orchestra performed at the Ramsdell Regional Center for the Arts in Manistee and at City Opera House in Traverse City.
