Mindfulness & Meditation with Heidi Grace Dietrich!
This soothing and slow-paced practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.
Please bring your own Yoga mat and water bottle.
All levels welcome and beginners welcome.
