Deliberations will continue Thursday in the Antrim County trial of three men accused in a failed plot to kidnap Michigan’s governor.
Eric Molitor, along with brothers William and Michael Null face charges of providing material support for an act of terrorism, as well as a weapons charge.
The jury began its work on Thursday. Just before 3 p.m., they asked the court for full transcripts of some testimony and some other questions.
The deliberations follow a trial that stretched more than three weeks, featuring hundreds of pieces of evidence, along with testimony from federal agents, undercover officers and two of the three defendants.
At around 5 p.m. Judge Charles Hamlyn brought court back into session to say that the jury would continue its work tomorrow.
