How high is too high to drive in Michigan?
With more and more physicians prescribing medical marijuana for chronic pain and other conditions, it's a question that needs to be answered.
Right now there is no law in Michigan that spells out how much THC you can have in your system while you drive.
But the state Legislature is moving on this important safety and legal question.
Todd Berg is an attorney with Michigan Auto Law in Farmington Hills. Berg joined us on Stateside to discuss the current state of marijuana law in Michigan and to look at House Bill 5042, which would allow the formation of an Impaired Driving Safety Commission to try to determine how much THC someone can have in their system while they drive.
